3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Opened or used products: Any items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for a return or refund.

4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@wearupciteino.com within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or exchange for damaged or defective items, including shipping costs.
